Refund and Return Policy

At Pro Refrigeration Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund and return policy:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the parts.
  • The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • Electrical parts and components, including but not limited to circuit boards, sensors, and wiring, are non-returnable if installed or connected.
  • If the part is found not to be the issue after installation, it is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@prorefrigerationparts.com or call us at (phone number) to initiate the return.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for return.
  3. If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to certain returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts, including any parts that show signs of wear or damage.
  • Electrical components once opened or connected to a power source.
  • Custom or special-order items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photos or additional information to process the claim. A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
